After 23 years, we have given both our restaurant and our menu a subtle, elegant facelift. Our traditional home-style Alpine cuisine offers everything the heart desires. Try our cheese fondue and the delicious toasted cheese, prepared with regional specialities. Vegetarians are also catered to and will find plenty of delicious options on the menu.
Our various dry-aged meat cuts from the maturing cabinet are a particular highlight. Grilled on the Green Egg charcoal grill, they develop their full flavour and offer an unforgettable taste experience.
