The starting point of the route is the municipality of Lax. The stroller-friendly theme path first leads through the village center, then continues northwards. After about 2 km, you reach the neighboring Fiesch. From there, the route follows Kirchweg, at the edge of the settlements and with gentle inclines, into the approx. 2.5 km distant Fieschertal, where the theme path ends at the playground. Along the way, you pass ten Gogwärg stations with hand-carved wooden dwarfs. Here children can playfully discover the wonders of nature or listen to the imaginative stories created by the primary school students of Fiesch-Fieschertal-Lax for the Gogwärgini. For the return journey, you can choose from several options: the hiking trail along the Wysswasser or take the bus back to Fiesch.

Here kids can let off steam: There are great playgrounds in Lax and Fieschertal! At the Fieschertal playground, you can even grill.
Take cantonal road 19 to the Lax exit, then continue to the parking areas.
Limited number of paid parking spaces at Lax station.
By train from Brig or Oberwald to Lax, then continue on foot to the start of the route at the village center.
At the mountain railways and information centers of the Aletsch Arena, you can get a free panoramic map.
